Cornerstone Clinic for Women

This project is a second location for Cornerstone Clinic for Women.  Liveco Construction was responsible for both the design and construction of this 10,000-square-foot office renovation, working alongside Shine Interior Design Studio on the interiors and finish selections.  The previous space was demolished, leaving only a few remaining walls.  With this blank canvas, a new clinic space was created, consisting of offices, patient rooms, a mammogram space, an ultrasound suite, an infusion suite, an operatory space, labs, and a waiting area. 

Liveco Construction worked alongside Shine Interior Design Studio to create a therapeutic, spa-like atmosphere that echoes the design aesthetic of the main clinic space located at Baptist Health Drive.  Thanks to the efforts of the design team, the project won a Bronze award from the South Central Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers.
